Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on chaudharilawpublishers.com for physical books.

1. Quality Check Before Dispatch

Every order is inspected by our team for manufacturing defects – such as binding issues or missing pages or miss print – before it is packed and shipped. Orders are dispatched only after this internal quality check is completed.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation, subject to the quality check described above.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within India.
• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, regional restrictions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

5. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship within India to the addresses serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or after order placement, and a refund will be issued if the order cannot be fulfilled.

6. Payment Method

We accept online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any order.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and that your address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Defective Shipments

While we inspect every book prior to dispatch, if your order arrives with a binding defect or missing pages, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which explains how to raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.
